The hub only delivers 30Hz at 3840*2160.
I have already updated the firmware. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution?

With the same HDMI cable, my no-name hub for 20$ can deliver 60Hz.
Tested with Lenovo Thinkpad 470 + Thinkpad 13 2nd Gen.

With a Lenovvo yoga 730-13 and with this hub, I could already only achieve 30Hz at 2560x1440. However, I have an HDMI cable that is not certified for HDMI 2. I thought it wouldn't work at 60Hz because of the cable. I have also installed the latest updates for the hub.
