Question about Logitech K750

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen I have the following questions about the product with the item number 248158: 1. In the above picture you can see a light area on the left side of the keyboard. Is this due to the illumination during photography or does the keyboard have two different areas in reality? 2. the above picture shows the American keyboard layout, i.e. QWERTY, but you state CH-Wireless. Which is correct? 3) I have a Unifiying Logitech receiver because I already have a wireless mouse and a wireless keyboard. And now for the question: Can I also use this receiver for the new keyboard?
