Could I temporarily connect them to the Asus ROG strix b550 a-gaming. And would it be loud enough {ohm}

Joking aside: If the audio output has a jack socket, you can connect the DT 990Pro. However, since they are open headphones, you will hear ambient noise. If you are in a noisy environment, I think a closed headphone would be a better choice. PS: Regarding sound quality: I don't use them for gaming, but for music production, and the sound quality is great. They are also very comfortable to wear because they are very light.
