Connected to the Explorer 1000 station, in full sunlight, at midday (no clouds), I only get a maximum of 120 W instead of the 200 W. Do other users have similar or different results?

I have the same behaviour. Unfortunately, this is due to the fact that the Explorer 1000 has an MPPT charge controller that is too weak and locks out at 6.33 A (multiplied by 18 V, this is approximately the maximum 120 W that can be charged).

We apologise for the late response. The supplier has stated that 120W output in average weather is expected behaviour, but if the fully deployed solar panel cannot produce ~200W in sunny weather, this device may be considered faulty. If it is, please contact customer service :)
