Can you use this adapter to run an HDMI 2.0 at 120Hz at 1080p (1920x1080) resolution, or are you limited to 60Hz even at 1080p?

As far as I could find out, you are limited to 60Hz here (regardless of the resolution). On the manufacturer's page in the product information, you can find information about the maximum resolution of the outputs, for example, if you are interested in this. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any other product that could meet your requirements. I am sorry.
