Can you use it to watch VHS on the TV? I have a similar device to the one in the picture, but in white, and it doesn't work with the VHS. Does anyone have any practical experience?

I haven't unpacked it yet, but I'll be happy to try it out tonight... I don't have a VHS player as a source anymore, but any old Nintendo console will do...
