Can you tell me what the anti-adhesive coating on the inside is made of? Thank you!
Think it is Teflon, which means it is not scratch-resistant and not healthy.
Handle with care and only touch with the enclosed plastic spatula
or with wooden cutlery.
Feels like Teflon. Therefore only wash by hand.
