Question about Icy Box IB-DK2106-C
can you recommend a suitable power supply for this device? I need to run 2 screens.
Do you want to connect both screens using this dock station? This would only work on Windows. Well they claim it works on Windows. I can confirm that it doesn't work for MacOS (meaning that the screens are mirrored).
But in terms of power, in my set up, the device is plugged to MacBook, 2 screens connected to the device, as well as some other USB peripherals. All this powered by a MacBook's USB-C power adapter (connected to the dock station, not the MacBook)

It takes power from USB-C port of PC/Mac. Mac AC adaptor output is usb-c and you can plug that in directly also. The display output going to two external monitors is possible but in my test it was just duplicated. I believe you need to use two usb outputs from the laptop to have separate screens, meaning you need two display adaptors. I could use two external monitors that way.
