Can you knead dough and use the multi-shredder at the same time?

According to the operating instructions, you should never use more than one accessory at a time. Theoretically it should be possible, but practically I would advise against it. Kneading dough with the dough hook in particular is very power-intensive and also runs at low speed, while the multi-shredder is normally operated at high speed.

So cooking and chopping at the same time is not really an option? I would find it practical if you could heat it up and chop onions at the same time, for example. Fry them and chop the next ingredient at the same time, etc....

At least with the old version you can do that in principle. Whether this makes sense is another question.

There is only one wheel to turn for the speed, regardless of whether it is for the dough hook or the connection for the multi-shredder at the top or also the niderigtour connection for e.g. the mincer at the front. This means that all the connections also rotate when not in use. If you now mount the multi-shredder at the top and knead dough in the bowl at the bottom, either would have to knead at the same speed as the chopping at the top. This is not advisable, as you should only knead slowly (max. speed 2) and rather quickly for chopping.
I don't know if the instruction manual even says not to do it, but purely from a GMV point of view (common sense) I wouldn't do it.
