Can you install Spotify on it and then listen to music offline? I'm looking for something for jogging so I don't have to have my phone with me. What about the M6? Or are there smartwatches for such a use case? I know the Mighty Vibe, but somehow the reviews are mixed.

No, the M5 doesn't have Wi-Fi and you can't install apps on it. The M6 does, as far as I know, but I don't own it.
