Can you connect a monitor like this to a Macbook?

The Samsung LC34H890WGUXEN monitor has 1x display port, 1x HDMI, 1x USB Type-C, 3x USB ports and a headphone port. If the Macbook also has one of these ports, a connection should be possible in principle. If possible, please refer to the manual of the Macbook for information on connecting external devices or contact Apple support.
