Yes, with streaming software like OBS (free), you can stream with the Elgato across various platforms; even Facebook.

I have had very good experiences with the Game Capture HD60S+. Connected to a Sony Alpha 6100 and with Rode microphones as well as a Sony tripod incl. remote control, it works wonderfully and with the best 4K quality (after getting used to the many functions of the camera).
With Game Capture, you can leave the HDMI output empty and stream the signal via USB cable to the Windows 10 PC. Control and setting via the "Camera" function of Windows.
By the way, it also works (almost) latency-free with PS4 capture. :-)

Yes, it works: The cool thing about the Elgato Game Capture HD60S+ is that you don't need to use any external software or additional drivers, because it works like a webcam. I just tried it out under Windows 10 with Facebook: In the Stream Centre, simply select the Elgato Game Capture HD60S+ as the camera when setting it up.
