Question about Xiaomi Mi Induction Heating Rice Cooker
Can you also prepare rice pudding (oat milk or half coconut milk half water), risotto, black rice, quinoa and the like in a rice cooker? Does anyone have experience? Thank you.
I haven't tried it myself, but I think so. I think I read in the instructions that the cooker has a special programme for rice pudding. We've had this rice cooker for six months and my wife thinks it's the best rice cooker she's ever had (and we've had a few). My wife is Cuban and she cooks a lot with rice. She thinks you can do anything with it. The cooking time takes a little longer, but the rice is worlds better than with European rice cookers.
