Can this phone be used with Breitband.ch / Muttenznet? I think it would have to be analogue for that.

I use the phone with Cablecom. I have connected an adapter to convert the TT87 connection (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki...) to an RJ11 plug that fits into the cablecom modem.
