Can this cable be used to transmit images and videos from lenovo tablet to Samsung TV? Because it does not work for me and I would like to understand why.

With the microsoft surface go it works like a charm. Tablet computers are not that different from classic tablets. It is strange that it does not work for you. Maybe try from the settings, maybe you need to approve the connection
