At digitec, you have 30 days to return a product if you don't like it, but with a 5 - 1% discount if the OVP has been opened. If a product does not work and is older than 30 days, you can only return it for repair. If you receive a repackaged model from the manufacturer, digitec may take it off your hands and credit you the current value.
