Can the USB-C adapter for the mobile phone also be used for the PC, and if so, does the microphone work?

Unfortunately, I don't know. I used the adapter because my docking station doesn't have USB-C. I connected a Jabra Evolve2 65 headset with a Jabra Link 380. I have connected a Jabra Evolve2 65 headset with a Jabra Link 380 and everything works the same as if the Link 380 was in the docking station without the adapter.
