Can the sealing ring on the piston be broken if water comes out of the piston without acting on the lever? where and how can I order this?
The sealing ring on our La Pavoni PLH actually broke. Not on the piston, but rather on the pressure gauge - about half a year after we bought it. The machine was still covered by the warranty, so we gave it to Galaxus and it was repaired in Italy. The total repair time was about 2 months.
In Switzerland, however, there is a La Pavone shop. You can order spare parts there and have the machine repaired. This place is in Stans.
