Can the cable transmit 2560x1440? The cable is DVI-D I have two DVI outputs on the PC (Quadro FX 570) and 2 HP Elite E273q.

This can NOT work like this. The cable is ONLY designed for the signal path from DisplayPort to DVI. So it would only work if your graphics card has a DisplayPort output and your monitor has a DVI input.
