Everything is possible, except OCR, which can only be done via the PC.

The MFC-L2750DW 
- can scan double-sided.
- can save scans as PDF.  OCR is not available in the software, external OCR should be able to convert the PDF to text. Not possible without a PC.
- can send scanned PDFs (or image files) to a mail programme installed on the PC for forwarding as an e-mail attachment.  Not possible without a PC. The mail programme on a Windows PC should be from Microsoft - Outlook or Winmail. I have not succeeded with Thunderbird...
- In my opinion, it is not possible to upload scan results to a cloud without a PC.
