Question about i-tec Triple Dock
Can someone from Digitec or iTec tell me why the brand new dock does not charge my brand new Zenbook from ASUS? Thanks in advance

Hello,
In order for the laptop to be charged - laptop's USB-C has to support PowerDelivery mode - if laptop does not support it, it is not possible to charge a laptop by USB-C/TB3 port.
Not all USB-C/TB3 port support this mode, it depends on laptop manufacturer if they will enable it or not.
