Can one of the USB-C connections also be used as a power source with this cable? For example, USB-C 1 in the powerbank and Lightning and USB-C 2 in one smartphone each.

Only the USB A can be used as a power source, the other plugs are intended for the end devices. This cable only supports the charging function, data cannot be transmitted.
