Can my Macbook Pro 13" be operated with it and can I close the laptop like with other docking stations and use the 2 screens which are attached as "main screens"?
Yes, you are using this docking station with a closed laptop. Please note that you need to install a DisplayLink driver for the docking station to work properly. Without this driver, the docking station will not work.
Please note that you are not installing the DisplayLink app as the app does not currently support clamshell mode.
