Can I use this wireless mouse with the same wireless adapter that I already use with my Logitech keyboard and mouse?

Nopedinope. The Unifying or Logitech adapters can only be used with Logitech products.
However, the scope of delivery includes a dock with the charging cable in which the adapter can be used. This means that no connection is "lost".
Of course, this is only suitable for a classic fixed setting and not for a notebook with which you regularly move, provided you don't want to take all the tangled cables with you.
But you have a USB port on the desk and not under it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
