I can confirm that my HP Mixed Reality, which is identical in construction, runs perfectly with it. I bought a Hama USB 3.0 cable with it (5639236). Greetings
Yes, it works for me, I can extend my Medion Erazer with it without any problems. I also have the (Wirewin USB 3.0 extension (A - A, 3m)) and it also works without any problems.
