Can I use this powerbank to charge a MacBookPro 2017? It only states a MacBook and surely this has a lower voltage? I'm not sure, but the MBP needs 20.2Volt?

At least the 2017 13" MacBook Pro (with TouchBar) can be charged with it. However, it depends on the current consumption of the MBP whether it is charged during operation (or only in sleep mode); if the MPB needs too much power during operation, e.g. bright screen, etc., the notebook runs from the PowerBank (and indicates this with the PowerSupply symbol) but without charging at the same time.
