Can I use this adapter to stream music to the car radio, e.g. with spotify?

Good morning, unfortunately I cannot answer this question. I use the adapter on my PC and everything is fine there. For the car, there are Bluetooth adapters that are specially designed for this. I think these are the better choice in this case.
