Can I use this adapter to connect a USB 2.0/3.0 stick to my smartphone and view/save data (Docs, PowerPoint, music, photos, etc)? Greetings

In principle, yes - mechanically it will work. Whether data can actually be transferred to the stick depends on the operating system and/or the apps of the smartphone. The system must support access to external USB media.
