Can I use these Samsung Galaxy Buds+ without restrictions on other phones (Xiaomi Huawei) and computers e.g. for team telephony? Or are there restrictions such as connecting, equalizer or the app that is necessary for this?

On non-Samsung phones, the buds behave like all other Bluetooth devices. The EQ and other features can only be controlled from the phone with the Galaxy wearables app.
