Hello,

Yes, you can. However, your phone must support USB-C DisplayPort legacy mode (video transfer via UBS-C) - it is up to the phone manufacturer whether or not to enable this feature. Not all phones are supported, most phones (especially the cheaper ones) only support data transfer and charging via USB-C.
