Question about Feller EDIZIOdue switch S3 UP

Can I switch on the light with this switch and then it stays on until I switch it off? Background: I have just fitted a "light switch" and probably in my ignorance only used a push-button - the light only lights up as long as I keep the button pressed... ;)
