Music can be played via the headphone connection on the mobile phone and the AUX connection on the DIR3115MS using a suitable cable.

As an audiophile, I would never listen to music this way! I only use this radio as a source of information!

You can play music with the Spotify app. The volume can also be adjusted via the mobile phone.
Unfortunately, there is no Bluetooth function.
