Question about Ohmex SMX-6208

I only received the machine at the end of last week, which is why I can only answer the question now:
According to the manual and the accessories you received, you should be able to make sausages! The machine also has a mincer attachment and a filling tube over which you can pull the sausage skin. I haven't tried out the function yet, so I can't give you any more details, but I have every confidence that it works.
About the machine itself: I find the quality of the individual parts quite high for this price and equipped with an enormous amount of accessories. I was not able to test it intensively in the short time I had, but kneading dough worked well.
It's certainly not the quietest machine, but it's hardly ever operated for long enough for this to be a big problem (according to the description, it should never be in continuous operation for longer than 6 minutes).
What I didn't like so much was the instruction manual, which was probably translated with Google Translate, as it contains many spelling mistakes, some of which are somewhat confusing. The numerous warning notices are also a bit annoying, so that the instructions are no longer so clear. I think it is enough if it is mentioned once that when using the mincer you should take care not to stuff the meat into the machine with your fingers while it is running. Theoretically, this should a) be logical and b) correspond to the natural survival instinct of a human being :-)
As of now, I would recommend the machine at any time.

According to our information, sausage production is not possible with this.
