Can I connect the headset directly to the PC via USB or do I need an extra cable?

The headphones have a special QD ("Quick Disconnect") connector, so a USB adapter is needed, e.g. these models:
Poly DA70
Poly DA80
By the way, the headphones are only mono (also the version with 2 ear cups), so they are not ideal for listening to music. It is suitable for telephone/video/call centre use.
