Can I "build" a balcony power station with Goal Zero Boulder and Yeti? Or do I need additional elements

Yes, I use it for outdoor work. (portable machines, kärcher...)
No, that's not possible.
A Yeti has a 230V AC socket, but this cannot (and must not) be connected to the mains. (Mains frequency!)
The Goal Zero use case is more like camping, where the Yeti is the battery that is recharged with the Boulder Panel.
It is not suitable or intended for a balcony power station.
