Can this card reader also be used to read SSD NVMe M2 (2242)?

Without a transition cable, the only way is via computer. Download photos from the memory card to the computer, then send them from there to the mobile, for example via Dropbox, or individually via WhatsApp or similar.

Basically yes. The mobile phone normally recognises external drives.
The all-in-one has a USB 3.0 (male) port. You should have a transition cable with USB 3.0 (female) to your mobile phone (probably USB-C male).
