Can I also cool the GPU here, or do I need another radiator plus fan?
It depends on what kind of GPU you have. If the GPU has an integrated backplate then this is set enough, if not then you need a matching backplate that is compatible with your GPU. Corsair Hydro X Series XG7 would be an example.
