Can C5 and B5 envelopes be printed with the Epson EcoTank ET-8550?

Hello!
Yes, B5 is included in the default settings. C5 would have to be created and saved manually once. It doesn't take a minute and can then be selected again and again as the default setting for the other document sizes. Under Paper type, simply select Envelope to set the print head to the thicker paper.
