Can anyone recommend the best way to cook whole chicken thighs? I tried it at 65°C and 120min. but it still had red spots along the bones.
Hello, always remove the bones from chicken before cooking. Then cook for 60 minutes at 65 degrees (one piece). Just before serving, fry the chicken in butter with salt and rosemary for 2 minutes.
