Yes, there is an additional connection on the Nomad 200, where corresponding devices with USB connections can be connected, especially small devices such as smartphones, I-Pads and even NBs with USB-C input to USB can be connected there and charged directly by the sun. Please also note the description included in the scope of delivery.
I can confirm that my panel also has a direct USB A connection.
Yes, my unit has an additional USB A port. I assume that all of them are equipped in this way.
