Unfortunately, no. I have also tried this and it does not work. Pairing can be done, but the signal only goes to one headphone (the one that connects first to the source). With two headphones, you therefore have to work with two Bluetooth sources. Otherwise, the headphones are great, my children love listening to their stories with them.
