Bought this product for the Yoga 530, but unfortunately it does not recognise external monitors, nor does it charge the battery - but the device is recognised. Thank you very much for your feedback. I have just received the definitive information that the two devices are simply not compatible, even though Lenovo told me so before the purchase - I will now return it.

Used the correct (enclosed) power supply? It must be a 90W power supply unit!
In addition, the drivers for the dock must be installed.
The graphics card driver of the laptop must also be up-to-date.

I would take a look at it, but without having the device in front of me, I'm already in the dark. The functions work for me even though I have a laptop that is not on Lenovo's compatibility list. There is also not enough information available. The size of the working memory, Windows version (32/64 bit), configuration of USB ports etc. are important. Since I do not know all this, it is difficult to say anything.
