I had a similar problem for months on Windows 10 between an ASUS BT-400 and a Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth headset. I suspected the problem was with the BT-400 rather than the headphones because the headphones worked fine with another Windows 10 computer with a built-in Bluetooth port. Today I found the driver file DR_USB_BT400_1201710_Windows.zip at https://www.asus.com/us..., installed it, and the problem is finally solved!

It doesn't run on the PS4 because it needs drivers.

With this Bluetooth dongle, for example, you don't need any drivers Sennheiser BTD 500 USB and the sound quality should also be better thanks to aptX.
