Bought 2020... no sound before... factory setting... still no sound... now OK (unused headphone jack probably dirty). Unfortunately now have to set everything NEW. I honestly don't know what to do with Spotify, the link spotify.com/connect is not helpful at all, when you are on this page as a 0815 user, despite the premium account... BAD

I don't use Spotify...
Everything else works perfectly, I am very satisfied, the price is right.
I especially appreciate the remote control.
