At Xioami directly, I get a 5-year guarantee on the device as standard. Why doesn't Galaxus offer me this?

In principle, the manufacturer usually offers a 2-year warranty. However, Xiaomi can sometimes offer other conditions on products that are ordered directly from them by private individuals, which do not apply to resellers like us.
