As you know, the SD-YR2540 model also has a spelt programme. How does this programme differ? Could spelt bread also be produced with the other machines?

Spelt is a bit tricky when it comes to water absorption. That's why there are special programmes for it. Therefore, if you are working with spelt, I would advise you to only use a machine that is designed for it.

I have never been aware of the spelt programme. You can try it out sometime.
