Are these software packages in German language ?

I have installed ScanSnap Organizer and Adobe Acrobat XI Standard from the supplied disks and all are in German.
The selection of what to do with a scanned image is written in English.
About ... "ABBY scan to Word" or "Scan to Google Drive" as well as "Scan to Picture Folder".
So far, this is the only thing I have found in English.
