Question about Aukey USB A – USB C 5er Pack

Are these full size cables? I want to connect the monitor 6351375 to USB 3.0.
As far as I know, a USB-C connector must be used on both sides to transmit the image signal (in this case Displayport), because only the new Type-C connectors have the electrical conductors for the USB Alternate Modes.
The cables are great, I can only recommend them.
