Question about Gourmetmaxx 14578 Hot air fryer

There are no instructions for use. You have to test it. I almost always use 180 degrees and extend the cooking time if it's not cooked enough.

Unfortunately it doesn't explain the temperature for each type of preparation, I've only used it once to fry potatoes, I put it on for 20 minutes, it wasn't good, I decided to put it on for another 10 minutes and the potatoes were dry. After this test I decided to donate the fryer!

There are endless recipes and instructions on the internet (You Tube). These things are actually nothing more than a small convection oven. With the same heating coil on top, and then very simple operating elements like this one, or fancy ones with digital gadgets and a double basket etc. The principle is always the same. The principle is always the same - I'm happy with it. Highly recommended!
