Are there also receivers for outdoor boxes with RCA plugs for this headset? It must be possible to connect 2 headsets.

We are not aware of such an item and it probably does not exist. I rather suspect that a radio microphone would be the right one (as long as one radio direction is sufficient): Beyerdynamic TG 100 Beltpack Set Band 1 (Mono) Unfortunately, we cannot offer a wireless headset or monitoring system at this time.
